Everyone gets measures in serious companies. There is no company which wants to put money in a bottomless pit. As a result, companies, undertake performance reviews to ensure that there is monitoring of performance.

Before the performance review ensure that you compile the results and milestones that you achieved in the period under review. Any successful projects, new products and targets delivered should come out.

It is also necessary to go through your job description to ensure that the results that you present resonate with the key result areas. Be honest about yourself and identify areas which you need to improve on. Avoid exaggerating your successes and be authentic and honest with yourself.
